Tasting note
The Castellare estate near Castellina, in the heart of Chianti Classico area shines with its entire production, starting with simple Chianti Classico, which is one of the most beautiful in its category, about the Poggiale Riserva, up to I Sodi di San Niccolò, the super selection from the location of the same name, a the revolutionary Reds from the early 80s and has since grown into a great Tuscan classic.
