Fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Rocca delle Macìe conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
This pure Sangiovese impresses with its balance, elegance and richness. When grown in barriques, its scent is slightly reminiscent of ripe wild berries and vanilla. Its body is powerful and full-bodied, the taste is warm, dry, tannic and hearty.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb stew, game, gratinated polenta with gorgonzola, pasta dishes of various kinds, aubergine alla parmigiana, spicy hard cheeses.
