Tasting note
The grapes for this cuvée of Corvina, Lagrein and Rondinella are harvested by hand at the end of September/beginning of October. After a maceration period of around 10-12 hours, only the free-range must is used. On the nose, there are aromas of white peach, red currants and gooseberries, almost somewhat reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc, accompanied by a delicate spicy herbal touch. Juicy at the game, with great animating freshness, again showing redberry fruit and delicate, fine-tart vinosity in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
An excellent aperitif rosé, which, with its freshness and delicate wine notes, also wonderfully accompanies various starters, as well as vegetable and fish dishes.
