This snappy white wine 2021 — Riesling Hipping Grosses Gewächs is in the truest sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! The winemaker from the German Weingut Gunderloch has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny and picturesque landscape of the Rhine Valley. Vinification
After several harvesting passes, the selected grapes are subjected to a maceration period of three to five days and then gently pressed. Fermentation is then carried out in 600 liter and 1,200 liter wooden barrels and partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures on the full lees for a further months.
