Tasting note
This dark purple wine has a dark scent of currants and ripe blackberries with a hint of oak on the nose. It is explosive in the mouth - sun-baked fruit aromas blend with a light herbal aroma for a powerful taste that lasts in the mouth. The finish of this wine is surprisingly long, with lingering notes of plum and spices.

Goes well with meat and grill.
Vinification
After destemming, the grapes are not crushed so that they remain intact, damage to the skins can be reduced and color extraction can be optimized. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23-25° C for 8-10 days. Frequent remontages and deletages are carried out during fermentation to achieve gentle extraction of aromas and gentle tannins. After tapping, malolactic fermentation is initiated.
