A native grape variety that was to disappear in the 1970s. The restoration of this vine gives us a wine with a Friulian character: rustic, grand and authoritarian. A wine that can be forgotten in the cellar for many years. The name Pignolo comes from the shape of the cluster, which resembles a pine cone. The must is fermented and macerated in open vats for 14 days. Malolactic fermentation follows. The wine ages in storerooms for 48 months and is stored in the bottle for a further 12 months before being sold after 5 years. Acid 5.62 g/l.
