About the wine
With the delicious Pecorino IGP Terre di Chieti from 2019, you will positively surprise your guests. Blooming and fertile landscapes of Abruzzo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Nicola Di Sipio conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.
Tasting note
The pecorino is bright golden yellow. On the nose, aromas of ripe peach, mirabelle, exotic notes of mango, citrus and banana and almost perfumed notes of wild rose petals inspire. On the palate, the wine is extremely fruity, spicy and full-bodied with a juicy and straight acid structure. The long aftertaste is supported by salty minerals and spicy-fruity aromas. A wonderfully harmonious white wine that is extremely fun to drink even at a young age, but also has a storage potential of 5-10 years.

Vinification
The pecorino vines grow at about 300 meters above sea level in the hilly landscape of Terre di Chieti and are all cultivated according to organic guidelines. After manual harvesting, the grapes are coolly fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at the winery. It is then expanded in steel tanks.
