Light straw yellow - extremely fresh on the nose with notes of citrus fruits and yellow stone fruit. The palate is extremely crisp, with a firm acidity and a subtle minerality. The complex fruit notes only gradually reveal themselves when the wine slowly opens with increasing aeration in the glass. The grapes from this vineyard planted in 1974 were deliberately harvested early in order not to obtain a sumptuous “alcohol monster”, but a wine with freshness and elegance, which has enormous storage potential due to the relatively high acidity in youth.
