Bright ruby red — extremely fruity nose with notes of cranberries, raspberries, rose petals as well as delicate notes of herbs and spices. On the palate, this Cinsault is more light bodied, a clear redberry fruit print, a drinkable freshness and fine-grained, almost dusty fine tannins. The grapes for this wine come from Stellenbosch's Bottelary subregion, more precisely from the “Bellevue” farm. The only 1000 bottles were produced 100% using so-called “carbonic mashing”.
