About the wine
A classic sweet wine made from dried grapes, whose name is derived from the shape of the carefully selected Garganega grapes — “recie” or ears. This is a long-time family favorite and was made the same way by many generations of the Pieropan family with lots of love.

Tasting note
Color: Intense golden yellow. Exotic fruits and apricots on the nose. His first impression on the palate is delicately sweet.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with baked goods, fruit pies and dried fruits.
Vinification
The grapes are stored by hand on dry soil, where they dry naturally on bamboo cane mats from mid-September to the end of February. This completely natural environment enables grapes to achieve a better sugar concentration and develop botrytis or noble rot. Wine is only produced in vintages that are characterized by very favourable weather conditions. The wine ages in 2500 liter oak barrels for about two years, followed by 6 months of bottle aging before it is on the market.
