Irpinia Aglianico Cinque Querce is the “little brother” of Taurasi. The grapes also come from the vineyard Cinque querce from vines whose yield is significantly reduced. It is the younger vines that produce this fresh-flowery and yet produce sumptuous wine. After pressing in It matures in large steel tanks for 24 months oak barrels and barriques before bottling. The finished and ripe wine shows an opulent bouquet of dark berries. On the palate, it looks robust, very “winey”, with perfectly woven into a rich richness tannins.
