With this strong white wine 2017 — Dornier Chenin Blanc, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Tasting note
Ripe aromas of white pears, dried peaches and apricots on the nose. On the palate, a combination of sweet fruits and light yeast notes. Aromas of ripe peach apricot. Beautifully structured.

Vinification
Fermentation in older barrels. 5 months on lees with regular battonage before filtration and bottling.
