About the wine

Tasting note
Fresh, full-bodied with a light chocolate character and a rare finish. Primary aromas of black cherries and wild fruits typical of this grape variety. This wine goes well with meats, cheeses and Mediterranean dishes in general. Decant before consumption. Serve between 15 and 16°C.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled, red and fried meats.
Vinification
After the grapes have arrived at the winery, we remove the grapes that are not in perfect condition. After complete destemming, the grapes are gently crushed and go through a thermal shock, followed by a period of cold pre-fermentation of around 12 to 24 hours. The must is transferred to wide and low-fermented stainless steel tanks, where maceration takes place at 22°C for 8 days.
