Bio
Tasting note
Dense, almost impenetrable ruby red. The intense, pure bouquet is focused on dark fruit notes and is accompanied by subtle, perfectly integrated roasted aromas. The palate is followed by an impressive taste experience, with aromas ranging from sumptuous fruit notes to chocolate, mocha and tobacco. The lively acidity and the exemplary tannins ensure freshness and elegance.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually, in different stages, depending on the degree of maturity. The vinification takes place separately by type. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes three to four weeks, after which the wine is left to rest in barriques for 18 months.
