About the wine
Brovia is one of the best Barolo producers in Piedmont and cultivates large individual vineyards such as Villero, Rocche di Castiglione and Garblét Sue. These Nebbiolo plants are characterized by high quality, unique elegance, strong character and great maturation potential.
Tasting note
Garnet red color, cassis, black cherries, roses, licorice, liquorice and spices on the nose. Dense on the palate with fine tannins and balanced acidity. Great, long aftertaste. The wine should be left to rest for at least another 5 years and will certainly last 20 years.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation for 15 to 20 days on the mash at a maximum of 28°C, followed by classic aging in French wooden barrels (30 hl) for two years. Bottled without filtration and subsequent bottle aging under optimal conditions.
