Tasting note
Shiny pale pink The wine first shows elegant floral notes of roses, followed by fragrant aromas of red berries and citrus fruits. On the palate, the notes of the nose blend with the juicy acidity and elegant structure of the wine. A medium-bodied Rosato, fresh and fruity on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
This strong rosé goes very well with salmon, grilled sea bass and white meat.
Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards exclusively intended for the production of A. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand. The grapes are gently crushed and macerated for 4-6 hours at cool temperatures. This short cold maceration promoted the extraction of the color and the finer aromatic components, resulting in a fresh must without astringent notes but with plenty of aromatic character. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16° Celsius. The young wine then matures on its own yeast in a steel tank until it is bottled.
