Tasting note
Notes of spicy raspberries, licorice, cloves and tempting dried herbs. Steely tannins that cut through the palate with red fruits and spices. Very strong and juicy.

Goes well with stews and red meat, as well as cheese and empanadas
Vinification
Fermentation with local yeasts. Both fermentation and maturation took place in concrete barrels. No malolactic fermentation
