About the wine
The Zind-Humbrecht winery is located in the Haut-Rhin department in Alsace and is known as one of the three “Grands d'Alsace”. The winery was founded in 1959. The 40-hectare winery is managed by son Olivier, who was the first French “Master of Wine” and is considered one of the best wine connoisseurs in France. As a pioneer in organic agriculture, the winery is 100% biodynamically managed.

Tasting note
When the wine opens in the glass, you smell discreet aromas of citrus and fresh fruit, after a few swirls, the aromas intensify and the scent of white flowers is added. The palate is open, pure and very floral and finely elegant in flow.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, Asian cuisine, poultry and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Blended from 2/3 Chardonnay and 1/3 Auxerrois.
