About the wine
With this dominant Chasselas 2017 — Yvorne Domaine de L'Ovaille AOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Swiss Jacques Deladoey winery makes this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and enchanting landscape of Vaud. Tasting note
Light straw yellow with subtle greenish reflections. Floral and fruity on the nose. Ripe, almost exotic fruit with notes of pome fruit and some linden blossoms. Fresh and juicy on the palate, of beautiful race and complexity. The aftertaste is long, elegant and rich in finesse.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fondue, raclette, cheese slices or dried meat, but is also suitable as an aperitif wine.
Vinification
The Chasselas grapes are pressed immediately after harvesting. After vinification, the young wine matures in stainless steel tanks.
