About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Yllera masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). A must for connoisseurs, this present Tempranillo 2015 — Yllera Cuvi Tinto Roble! Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Tempranillo is excellent to serve with red meat or polenta.
Tasting note
The wine has a brilliant red cherry color with some purple reflections. Fragrant on the nose with a variety of fruity berry aromas. At the same time, the aging period in American oak gives off a hint of vanilla, combined with spices and licorice, these secondary aromas make the wine soft and elegant. Medium-bodied, clean and harmonious on the palate. A round everyday wine!

Vinification
Hand picking. Grape selection in the vineyard. stalking. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28°C in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation. The Cuvi Roble is aged 4-6 months in barrels and aged for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
