In 1988, Dany and Michel Roland traveled to Salta to produce a wine in Cafayate that is the best from the terroir! What a joy for Michel and the Etchart family! The YACO was born and today he is one of the most sought after Malbecs in Argentina!

Tasting note
Dense, almost black is the color of this Malbec. The aroma is reminiscent of dried fruits, figs and red berries with a delicate note of jam. Powerful, liquor-like body with round, sweet tannins on the palate. Long-lasting and oily finish. Complex and balanced
