About the wine
Generous and balanced wine with notes of candied fruit. Nose with notes of knocked pears, slightly smoky. Generous on the palate, strong and persistent.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, lamb pastilla with dried apricots, onion cake, quiche lorraine, hard cheese
Vinification
Slow fermentation on yeast in temperature-controlled tanks, to preserve the aromatic capital. Ageing on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks for 10 months. Then 6 years in the bottle, protected from light and at a constant temperature in our hand-dug cellars made of tuff stone.
