About the wine
With this mild white wine 2016 — Viognier Vin de Pays, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné grows this wine in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This viognier is ideal to serve with roasted poultry with lemon sauce or fondue.
Tasting note
The typical apricot scent and floral notes result in a perfumed, appealing nose. Fresh, fruity and slightly creamy, elegant, juicy and dry aftertaste.
