About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Borja Pérez Ignios Orígenes absolutely masters his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the magnificent landscape of the Canary Islands. With the first-class Vijariego Negro Ycoden Daute Isora DO, which was produced in 2016, you will certainly have a lot of fun.
Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red On the nose, penetrating aromas of white and black pepper, lilies and dried roses. Accentuated by notes of strawberries and wild raspberries and honey. On the palate, it shows great freshness and pure aromas as well as fine-grained tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stews, lamb and charcuterie.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks. Followed by malolactic fermentation for 11 months in 500-liter barrels. Unfiltered and unembellished.
