About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Valserrano has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and picturesque landscape of the Upper Ebro. We have a special, fresh Tempranillo from 2007 for you, which is loved by many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Tempranillo with barbecue or polenta.

Tasting note
Attractive dark cherry red in the glass. In the nose, scents of dark fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, black currants with a touch of nutmeg unfold. When the glass is swirled, hints of graphite, ink and cocoa as well as dried fruit appear. On the palate, meaty start with well-integrated tannins and a mineral note. Wild berries and great freshness can also be seen. The wine will become even more complex in the bottle.

Goes well with stews, roasts, beef, lamb
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature followed by a long maceration to extract tannins and color. The wine then matures for 26 months in new French oak barrels.
