Tasting note
Light lemon yellow - decidedly varietal nose with classic notes of gooseberries, ripe figs and a slightly grassy “touch”. On the palate, with lots of crisp freshness and an astonishingly structured mouthfeel, which is due to extended peel contact during fermentation. The intense Sauvignon Blanc fruit is complemented on the palate by an equally typical touch of asparagus — all in all, an above-average complex representative of this very popular variety for this price range.
