About the wine

Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Clear and typical of the variety on the nose. Intense aromas, ripe gooseberries, yellow fruit, a bit of exoticism. Pleasant, aromatic, lively and refreshing on the palate. The fresh, supportive acid structure and seductive aromas accompany the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with asparagus with new potatoes and light fish dishes.
Vinification
After harvesting Sauvignon Blanc, usually in mid-August, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 18° Celsius for a new period of up to ten days. After fermentation, the young Sauvignon matures on its own yeast for another three to four months in glass-lined cement tanks and thus gains complexity and structure at a constant temperature.
