About the wine
Syrah is considered to be the oldest noble vine in the world. It is a cross between Mondeuse and Dureza and comes from the French Rhone Valley. Today, Syrah is grown in virtually all wine-growing regions, it likes lots of sunshine and therefore feels at home in Sicily, but also in Australia, for example.

Tasting note
A fine example of the Syrah grape grown quite frequently in Sicily. Fruity aroma typical of the variety, with spicy notes such as white pepper. Pleasantly light and fresh on the palate, with lively acidity and round tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spicy pasta dishes, lamb, game and hard cheese.
Vinification
Maceration and fermentation with our own yeasts in steel tanks. Aging in cement tanks and in bottles for a few months.
