The Secastille Valley is located in the extreme northeast of the Somontano appellation and combines various microclimatic influences that are conducive to viticulture. The grapes for this plant come from very old vines of Garnacha grapes, which reflect the idea of Spanish wine. The typical grape variety, the cool terroir at over 700 meters above sea level, and the late hand-picking of the ripe grapes allow the pressing of a complex wine that ties in with the great Spanish tradition. The nose reveals varietal aromas that evoke raspberry, plum, cherry and licorice. This is accompanied by building notes (leather, cloves, cocoa, vanilla, smoke). In the bouquet, on the palate and in the finale, the character traits of this plant with a special caliber are evident, which knows how to put itself in the spotlight.
