Fabien Jouves a young savage? You could think so, but primarily a young person of victorious youth, and independence. Mas del Périé is anything but a provocation; rather, in 2009, barely in his mid-20s, Fabien took over the 12-hectare estate south of Cahors from his parents, questioning everything and making many new things. Mas del Périé today stands for natural winemaking and wines, without a constricting corset, biodynamic, complete absence of additives in the vineyard and cellar, and these wines have something divine, delicate, represent happiness and peace, nature here resembles a harmonious, untouched and not an untamed, wild place.
