Light lemon yellow - fruity-mineral nose with notes of fresh stone fruit and a subtle “touch” of vanilla. A white wine with a waxy, creamy texture, which is due to aging in wood, where the wine was fermented spontaneously and then aged for 8 months with “bâtonnage” (regular stirring of the yeasts) in neutral 500 liter barrels. On the palate, too, this pure Roussanne impresses with a combination of fruity stone fruit notes, subtle minerals and well-dosed wood spice.
