Senzo is the Provencal name for Cinsault or Cinsaut, a widely used grape variety in Languedoc, but not so often grown and bottled as a pure variety. Mylène Bru was lucky enough to find one in their numerous small plots that was planted with ancient Cinsault vines. She has been vinifying and bottling this wine separately for several years. Its aromas are rustic, somewhat animalistic with a slight yeast note. It is a wine that finds its lovers and transports the connoisseurs of Languedoc to this wild land with all its rich scents of resin, herbs and smoke.
