About the wine
The Terčič winery is located in the village of San Floriano del Collio in the extreme northeastern part of Italy on the border with Slovenia. The right sea level, the double effect of sea breezes and the characteristic soil of loamy limestone marl and sandstone create perfect microsites for viticulture in Collio, Italy. The Tercic Winery, which currently covers 9.5 hectares of vineyards, is located in these hills. The company's philosophy is aimed at ensuring a balance between human action and nature in winemaking. The result is complex, balanced and highly aromatic wines. Sauvignon from Friuli is a true wine experience.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color with green reflections. Nose: The perfume is inviting, intense and complex. First of all, it is reminiscent of elderberry and acacia flowers. Notes of yellow melon, pineapple, peach and citrus peel follow one another. On the palate: elegant, with pleasant acidity, freshness and taste
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with aperitif and light fish dishes, but also without food
Vinification
The white wines are all fermented in steel tanks and then remain on the fine yeast in the steel tank for 12 months. The wine will be on the market for at least 18 months in the bottle. They are full-bodied but not overpowering wines that reach their peak after 4 years. The winemaker estimates their lifespan to be 7-8 years.
