Iridescent clear light gold with medium green reflections. Intense, brilliant on the nose, clearly typical of the variety, gooseberry, subtly vegetal with a floral note of elderflower, ripe fruity nuances, distinctive minerality, fine earthy nuance. Very long, intense start, typical freshness, fine acidity, medium-bodied, pronounced aromas on the palate. A different, very exciting look on a well-known grape variety.
