About the wine
There is something left over from Christmas dinner every year. Do you know that? With experience and instinct, the winemaker from the Italian winery Mara in the blooming and fertile Emilia-Romagnaa countryside masters this white wine. Tasting note
Brilliant copper color Aroma of orange peel, candied sugar, vanilla and a slight menthol flavor. Velvety in the mouth, well-balanced acidity, very long finish. A real rarity even in Italy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta such as linguine alla carbonara, taleggio and nuts.
Vinification
The grapes are macerated for a few hours before they are gently pressed and separated from the skins. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels for about one and a half months. Further aging on its fine yeast for 12 months in French oak barrels.
