About the wine
It got this name from its special soil: the Kneisner Bohemian Mass granite, which is older than the limestone soil.
Tasting note
Creamy, with beautiful breed and fruitiness. The fine aromas on the nose are also confirmed on the palate, juicy stone fruit with wonderful structure and invigorating acidity. The wine has a persistent finish with great saltiness and minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters such as smoked fish carpaccio. Cold meat platters, tureens, white meat, fish, cheese and dessert. An ideal accompaniment to food, with fine grilled fish, crustaceans and mussels.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
