About the wine
A Frenchman who came to Rioja via the Pyrenees, just like 200 years ago after the phylloxera plague. Olivier studied in Bordeaux, soon focused on biodynamics and studied at Domaine Leroy, among others! First working as a consultant in Spain, he helped none other than Telmo Rodriguez with the transition to biodynamics. On its own 20 ha, astonishing vineyard wines are produced from old vines. Minimal intervention even in the cellar. Some with goose fermentation and careful maceration, the wines mature into interesting personalities in concrete and large wood. A real asset for anyone who is ready to discover Rioja 2.0.
