About the wine

In 2004, Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie started their Terroir al Limit project in Priorat with the help of the Pérez family. Nothing more than terroir should go into the bottle, excellent sites, old vines, biodynamic farming, spot fermentation, concrete and fuder instead of barrique. After only a few years, including experimental ones, Dominik has now explored the limits of terroir more alone and implemented his vision. Terroir al Limit means beguiling wines, Burgundy in the rock face, erotic black and white photographs, wines of exceptional elegance and mineral power. Very great wines!

Tasting note
Young noble figure, a prince. Of striking beauty, softly drawn and sensitive, dark, very sweet yet discreet fruit, dark berries, classic beauty with a particular, innate, unattached note, you can smell the lands, the slate and the stables, even delicate herbal notes. On the palate with incomparable, attractive elegance, with sweet yet noble dark fruit, flows, floats across the palate, wonderful freshness, a bright, almost radiant appearance, soft melting tannins, and mineral depth, slate and licorice on the long finish. A dream of style, elegance and beauty that is otherwise only found in Burgundy - and yes: that can also be a man!
Culinary recommendation
Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Priorat DOCa Dits del Terra harmoniert hervorragend mit kräftigem Lammragout, rotem Fleisch und Wildgerichten.
Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Whole grape fermentation with stalks in vats with the vineyard's own yeasts, no pigeage, short maceration, aging and maturation (approx. 24 months), mainly in large vats.
