About the wine
In 2004, Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie started their Terroir al Limit project in Priory with the help of the Pérez family. Nothing else should be bottled but terroir, excellent locations, old vines, biodynamic management, spot fermentation, concrete and fuder instead of barrique. After only a few and also experimental years, Dominik has now explored the limits of the terroir more responsibly and implemented his vision. Terroir al Limit, these are beguiling wines, burgundy in the rock face, erotic black and white photographs, wines of exceptional elegance and mineral power. Great wines.
