Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red. Concentrated, complex and mineral on the nose. On the palate, raspberries, slate and an elegant woody note are recognizable. Broad palate, fiery in character. The finish shows considerable potential and a nice length.

An exclusive accompaniment to red and feathered game, duck breast and mature soft cheese (e.g. Epoisse and Brie de Meaux)
Vinification
After being harvested by hand, the Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed and mashed. Fermentation takes place in large wooden vats. It will be aged for 15 months, 12 of them in Pièces (228 l).
