Trossos del Priorat is a small, family winery that grows its vines according to the principles of organic farming. For this reason, the bodega is certified even though the wines it produces are not, as they use a small proportion of grapes that come from old, uncertified vines for production. Pam de Nas is a blend of the typical Priorat varieties: Grenache and Cariñena. The grapes come from our own fincas and from local farmers. Pam de Nas matures for twelve months in French barrique barrels, which are 50% new and 50% are already one year old. As soon as maturation has begun, the wine is refined in the bottle for another 20 months.
