About the wine
This Toscana Trebbiano IGT “Orci” from the Fattoria di Petrognano is the quintessence of the territory, a good example of how the Trebbiano can express itself in this extremely suitable area. It is the maximum development of Trebbiano in wine, which is produced with fermentation in terracotta ceramic vessels and then matures on the skins for about 3 months. The result is the wine, which has an intense color and organoleptic characteristics, with notes of citrus and yellow flowers. For passionate “Trebbianophiles”.

Tasting note
Intense straw yellow. On the nose, it shows an intense scent of yellow flowers, delicate citrus aromas on a background of aromatic herbs. The palate is fragrant, fresh and tasty, with a good harmonious balance.

Goes well with fish dishes, e.g. risotto with scampi or a sea bass in salt
