About the wine
A cuvee made from all grape varieties of our wines, spontaneously fermented with partial maceration. Stored in 225 liter oak barrels on full yeast until bottling. Unfiltered. Unembellished.
Bio
Tasting note
Unfiltered and unembellished may frighten one or the other. However, getting to know each other better pays off. Because you will quickly realize that the Nibiru white shows a very charming and courteous manner. Ripe yellow apple and pear as well as peach and apricot flirt with the richness and creaminess of the wine. It is very spicy and fresh, thanks to the well-integrated and present acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters with strong flavors such as saltwater fish that are smoked. Vegetarian main courses as well as dishes with white meat such as veal and a perfect accompaniment to hard and soft cheeses.
