About the wine
This red wine 2017 — Navarra DO Graciano is in the truest sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! Picturesque landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Viña Zorzal conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This graciano can be served very well with tapas dishes or fried chicken.

Tasting note
Ruby red color. Very intense fresh aromas of black fruits such as blackberry, black currants, black pepper, cedar wood and earthy notes. The taste is dry, fresh, has soft tannins and a medium body. Aromas of black fruits, mineral notes and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, charcuterie, venison, pasta & pizza.
Vinification
The wine, which consists of 100% Graciano, is harvested by hand. A first light maceration to increase the aromatic potential and subsequent temperature-controlled fermentation in 15,000 l stainless steel tanks. A quarter of the biological acid degradation takes place in new French oak barrels, the other part in stainless steel tanks.
