About the wine

The grapes are picked by hand and then dried naturally for at least 4 months. The grapes are only pressed when they have at least 15-20% of “noble rot” (Botrytis cinerea), which gives the wine a great richness on the nose and palate. After fermentation in steel tanks, aging continues in barriques, where the wine matures for a long time. On the nose, the Mida is exceptionally soft and seductive, with notes of candied and sweet fruit, apricots, bananas, figs, dates and honey. On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety with an extraordinarily long sweet finish.
