It is safe to say that this wine is one of the best sweet wines in the world. Made from the local ribolla grape, the berries are dried in the fresh air after harvesting. As a result, we find a wonderful balance between residual sugar, alcohol and acid. This process produces just 1,300 bottles from 5000 kg of grapes. Unfortunately — you would almost like to say — that production is so limited, because with the great aromas of dried fruit, honey and the aromatic complexity with great acidity, this sweet wine should be for every table.
