A cuvée is made from equal proportions of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. It is only produced in years in which the character of both the vintage and the three grape varieties is perfectly reflected. Expanded in steel tanks, without BSA. Aging on fine yeast for seven years. The nose features aromas of yellow cherries, vineyard peaches, citrus fruits and crunchy apples, underpinned with notes of yeast pastry and some honey, plus floral notes and a fine mineral-spicy touch. Firm on the palate, lots of pressure, with crisp freshness, juicy fruit and good length.
