Tasting note
Intense purple-violet color. Aromas of ripe red fruits combined with balsamic nuances and spicy toast. Harmonious and seductive, lively with ripe tannins, well polished and velvety. With an excellent balance between freshness and complexity.
Vinification
The harvest took place under ideal weather conditions in the first week of September. The grapes were properly selected, destemmed and partially crushed, squeezing them for the first 48 hours. Fermentation then took place for 15 days under controlled conditions in stainless steel tanks, which was completed with an 8-day secondary fermentation. This was followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in new 500-liter French oak barrels.
