Light straw yellow - fresh start with notes of citrus and crunchy apples. Quite complex palate with fruity aromas of juicy apples, lemons and limes as well as orange blossoms and an exciting mineral component. The two grape varieties are vinified separately until after malolactic fermentation, in which the sharper malic acid is converted into milder lactic acid. Only then is the ideal cuvée prepared according to the tasting of all items and then the second fermentation takes place on the bottle. 75% Viura, 25% Chenin Blanc.
