Michel Faraud's three daughters, Roseline, Delphine and Cendrine, continue the tradition that their father and grandfather have already cultivated. They work in their museum cellar with the simplest means and, thanks to their ancient vines, produce one of the finest wines that grow in the southern Rhone Valley. They refrain from all oenological interventions, such as fining or filtration, so that it does not lose any of its authenticity. Production is extremely small and the wine can only be found at exquisite addresses, even in France. It smells intensely of black berries and wild herb garden, is full-bodied and profound, compact, has velvety tannins and typical grenache sweetness on the finish. Great red wine for Provençal cuisine.
